I have a K6 @500Mhz desktop (well big tower on the floor) for a home computer. It has 256meg of RAM, an nVidia video card, an Adaptec AHA-2940 SCSI controller with a pair of 36gig W/F LVD internal disks. I have a Sony 15" flat panel monitor, an DEC/Compaq LD-450 keyboard, a Logitech 3-button serial mouse (not a 'wheel mouse' -- I *hate* the feel of wheel). The external SCSI bus (on a BusLogic BT-946C controller) contains an HP CD-R/RW drive, a 100meg Zip drive, a 2.2gig Orb drive, and a UMax Astra 600S scanner. I have a 56K modem, but rarely use at over 28.8Kbps due to the crappy phone lines we have in Wendell (thank you Verizon!). I also have a USR Coyrier 2400 modem for my BBS.

I run Linux only on this machine, specificly CentOS 4.3 at present.
